MSG Tours actively promotes safe and secure school study trips. We believe safety and peace of mind are equally as important to our customers as a well managed and thoughtfully organised educational travel experience. That is why MSG Tours is an Assured Member of the School Travel Forum (STF). We adhere to a rigorous Code of Practice and Safety Management Standards and are externally verified each year by suitably qualified independent Health and Safety professionals.

Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge

STF membership is the benchmark for good school tour providers; consequently, it is an Awarding Body for the prestigious Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge (LOtC).

The LOtC is a nationally recognised award recognising tour operators who have pledged to engage in an ongoing process to sustain good-quality learning outside the classroom and have demonstrated that they meet a number of quality indicators.

ATOL Protected and ABTA

All flights and flight-inclusive school study trips are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. Upon payment, you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate from MSG Tours detailing your package inclusions and flight details.

Member of ABTA

MSG Tours Ltd is a Member of ABTA with membership number Y6465. ABTA and ABTA Members help holidaymakers to get the most from their travel and assist them when things do not go according to plan. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct.
