MSG Tours will be implementing the World Travel and Tourism Council’s (WTTC) global protocols for ‘Safe Travels’ on all future operations.

It isn’t going to be travel as we knew it for now and the risks won’t completely disappear. But, this doesn’t mean it isn’t possible to reap the rewards that travel brings.

Your protection

Many of our tourists have had their tours with us postponed or cancelled, missing out on making memories and learning experiences outside of the classroom.  But, they haven’t missed out on recovering money. Whether they moved dates, reclaimed their losses through insurance or had a full refund from MSG, we’ve acted swiftly on a case-by-case basis to support our touring groups.

If any future bookings that are made are affected by travel restrictions because of COVID-19, dates can be changed, or full refunds can be offered in line with The Linked Package Travel Regulations.  As per Company policy, FCDO advice is reviewed three weeks before departures to each country we operate to.
