  I Agree For all tours, it is the responsibility of the Group Leader (for example the teacher or sports coach) to act in “Loco-Parentis” and be fully responsible for the health, safety and welfare of their group. If requested and agreed prior to booking, an accompanying Tour Manager travelling with the group from MSG Tours Ltd is present in a facilitator capacity and will not be “Loco-Parentis”. Any accompanying Tour Manager appointed by MSG Tours Ltd will not contribute towards the adult:child ratio requirements determined by your individual school or sports club.
