Travel is a lifestyle and our chosen profession. Work, for us, is an extension of our passion for enhancing our customers’ travel experiences. This is what we mean by delivering the unexpected.
You’ll find us on all communication platforms during the working day, evenings and on weekends. We spend as much time chatting with our clients on WhatsApp, Facetime, and Skype as phone or email. MSG Tours adapt to whatever suits you.
We are a Member of ABTA, membership number Y6465. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct. We can also offer you ABTA’s scheme for the resolution of disputes which is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. If we can’t resolve your complaint, go to www.abta.com to use ABTA’s simple procedure. Further information on the Code and ABTA’s assistance in resolving disputes can be found on www.abta.com. You can also access the European Commission Online Dispute (ODR) Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The travel arrangements you buy from us are not covered by ABTA’s scheme of financial protection. However, if we sell you a package holiday/tour/trip that does not include a flight, We shall ensure that you are given financial protection for your booking as follows. MSG Tours Ltd is a company committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection. We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with ”The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations” all passengers booking with MSG Tours Ltd are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form. The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of MSG Tours Ltd.
This insurance has been arranged by The Travel Vault in conjunction with Evolution Insurance Company Ltd.
Insurance is a key element of your journey and conditional that all MSG Tours Ltd travel under an appropriate policy.
Covid-19 has offered numerous challenges to the travel industry space, namely due to restrictions on destinations that change frequently through governance.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold the correct valid travel documents for the country/ies you are visiting and obtain the necessary health vaccinations (please consult your doctor to obtain up to date information). Please note, we cannot be held liable for any delays or costs resulting from your failure to meet the necessary requirements to tour.
