Tropical Rugby 7's – Tampa, FL, USA – 25th-28th March 2027

Day 1 — Travel to Tampa

Check in at your London airport for the flight to Tampa International (TPA), where the tournament organisers meet you and transfer you to your hotel. In the evening, get to know everyone at the meet and greet and team building session. Overnight: Comfort Suites Tampa – Brandon (or similar).

Day 2 — Training & Beach Session

After breakfast, head out for training session #1, followed by lunch. The afternoon brings a beach training session and some relaxation, then a team building exercise and dinner in the evening. Overnight: Comfort Suites Tampa – Brandon (or similar).

Day 3 — Training & Athlete Combine

After breakfast, take part in training session #3, then lunch at the fields. In the afternoon, compete in the Tropical 7s Athlete Combine and a final training session, before tournament preparation and dinner in the evening. Overnight: Comfort Suites Tampa – Brandon (or similar).

Days 4–5 — Tropical 7s Tournament

Breakfast at the hotel each morning before full days of tournament rugby, with lunch at the fields. Day 4 ends with tournament preparation and dinner, and Day 5 wraps up with the End of Tournament Dinner. Overnight: Comfort Suites Tampa – Brandon (or similar).

Day 6 — Explore Tampa & Depart

Breakfast and check out, leaving your luggage at the hotel so you can explore Tampa before your evening flight. Collect your bags for the transfer to Tampa International (TPA) and your overnight flight home. Overnight: on board.

Day 7 — Arrive Home

Arrive back in London. End of services with MSG Tours.
