For spring and summer groups, Lignano is a beach resort in north-eastern Italy, nearby the bigger cities of Venice and Verona. This allows for day trips - giving tourists an enhanced cultural experience – whilst benefiting from an on-site complex with training facilities.


Tours can be upgraded to twin-centre itineraries. From a northern base, Lake Garda, Bologna and Milan can be visited view them within a day, making Verona the perfect host city for great basketball tour mixed with Italian charm.

With facilities for netball, tennis, squash and badminton and on-site coaches qualified across the disciplines.

Connected to the University of Surrey and located in Guildford, this centre is well situated to the southwest of the M25.


Vibrant towns surrounded by spectacular countryside, including the scenic Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, plenty for you to explore.
Surrey is England's most wooded county and home to rolling hills and valleys, so come and explore our wonderful world-famous gardens, ancient heathlands, stunning scenic views and beautiful waterways.

  • Day 1

    Depart School early for Surrey Sports Park. Arrive and check in. Have lunch on arrival.


    14:30: Ninja Warrior Guildford


    Ninja Warrior UK Adventure Park offers you a supervised activity and fitness venue inspired by ITV’s hit tv show. Come and test your Ninja skills while climbing, balancing and swinging across obstacles or bouncing across inflatables – plus, we have the famous Warped Wall for you to conquer and Mount Sasuke to clamber up.


    16:00: Arrive at accommodation


    17:45: Meet with your coach driver and transfer to bowling nearby

    Enjoy dinner and a bowling session

  • Day 2

    Breakfast at the accommodation.


    10:00: Meet your coaches at Surrey Sports Park


    External training sessions with two coaches from the local university. A player from the Netball Super League will join for this session (subject to availability)

    Surrey Sports Park is the home of netball in Surrey and the South East of England.


    12:00: Lunch on campus.


    14:00: S&C training session on site. Learn the professional side of sport conditioning.


    16:00: Training finishes. Return to accommodation to change.


    17:00: Use the swimming pool for a recovery session


    19:00: Buffet dinner on campus.

  • Day 3

    Breakfast at the accommodation.


    10:00: Climbing session booked at on-site climbing wall.


    The wall contains over 80 boulder problems from V0 to V10; 65+ roped routes ranging from 3+-8a, challenging walls up to 12m high and 2 TrueBlue Auto Belays.

    Your session will be lead by an external instructor. The instructor will be qualified as a CWI (Climbing wall instructor).


    After your session, board the coach and transfer back to School.
