Phuket Rugby 11's Tournament – Thailand – 4th-6th June 2027

Day 1 — Depart London

Assemble at London Heathrow for your evening overnight flight to Bangkok via one stop. Luggage allowance is 1 x 20kg checked bag and 1 x 7kg hand luggage per person. Overnight: on board.

Day 2 — Arrive in Bangkok

Arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport and meet your driver for a private transfer to your hotel, your base for the next 3 nights. Enjoy a quiet evening or head to the famous Khao San Road for a night of partying and entertainment. Overnight: 3* Bangkok hotel (Ibis Bangkok Siam Square or similar).

Days 3–4 — Free Days in Bangkok

Breakfast at the hotel each morning, then two free days to explore one of Asia's liveliest capitals. Highlights include the Maeklong railway, Damnoen floating market, the Wat Traimit, Wat Pho and Wat Arun temples, and Khao San Road. Optional day trips include the Ayutthaya UNESCO World Heritage Site, Erawan Falls and the Bridge over the River Kwai, an elephant sanctuary and Khao Yai National Park. Overnight: 3* Bangkok hotel (Ibis Bangkok Siam Square or similar).

Day 5 — Fly to Phuket

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Bangkok Don Mueang Airport for your flight to Phuket (1 x 20kg checked bag and 1 x 7kg hand luggage per person). On arrival, meet your driver for a private transfer to the tournament partner hotel, your base for the next 5 nights. Relax at the hotel or head to Patong Beach for an evening of entertainment. Overnight: tournament partner hotel, Phuket.

Day 6 — Free Day in Phuket

After breakfast, explore Phuket's beaches or watch the veterans open the Phuket International Dimbulla Rugby 11s as spectators. Highlights include Patong, Kata and Karon beaches, Karon Viewpoint, Wat Chalong temple and the Big Buddha, with optional day trips to James Bond Island, Koh Phi Phi and Maya Bay, or an elephant sanctuary. Overnight: tournament partner hotel, Phuket.

Days 7–8 — Tournament Weekend

Breakfast each morning before your transfer to the Alan Cook sports ground. The Men's Open Tournament has 16 teams in 4 groups of 4, with 3 round-robin group games per team on day one and at least 2 knockout games per team on day two, ending with the final. Transfer back to the hotel after each day's fixtures, with evenings at leisure. Overnight: tournament partner hotel, Phuket.

Day 9 — Free Day in Phuket

After breakfast, relax at the hotel or head out to explore after a busy weekend of competition. Revisit the beaches and viewpoints, or take an optional day trip to James Bond Island, Koh Phi Phi and Maya Bay, or an elephant sanctuary. Overnight: tournament partner hotel, Phuket.

Day 10 — Depart Phuket

Breakfast and a morning at leisure before heading to Phuket International Airport for your overnight flight to London Heathrow via one stop (airline TBC). Luggage allowance is 1 x 20kg checked bag and 1 x 7kg hand luggage per person. Overnight: on board.

Day 11 — Arrive Home

Arrive at London Heathrow in the morning, clear customs and collect your baggage. End of services with MSG Tours.
