Maggotfest – Montana, USA – 22nd-23rd May 2027

Day 1 — Travel to Seattle

Make your own way to London Heathrow (LHR) for 08:30, ready for your 11:05 British Airways flight to Seattle Tacoma International (SEA), arriving at 13:55. After clearing customs, your coach transfers you to your central Seattle hotel (approx. 30 minutes) for two nights on a B&B basis. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy Seattle. Overnight: central Seattle hotel. Flight times are an example and may vary.

Day 2 — Free Day in Seattle

After breakfast, enjoy a full free day exploring Seattle on foot and by public transport. Top picks include Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, the Museum of Pop Culture, the Museum of Flight and the Sky View Observatory. Overnight: central Seattle hotel.

Day 3 — Transfer to Missoula

After breakfast, board your coach at 09:00 for the journey to Missoula (approx. 8 hours including stops). Arrive around 17:00 and check in to your hotel on a B&B basis, with your first evening in Missoula at leisure. Overnight: Holiday Inn by IHG Downtown Missoula or similar.

Day 4 — Check-in & Friday Drinks

After breakfast, head out on an optional white water rafting trip along the Lochsa River. In the afternoon, check in for the tournament at Monk's Cave, followed by drinks at Monks & Bodega. Overnight: Holiday Inn by IHG Downtown Missoula or similar.

Day 5 — Sightseeing in Missoula

After breakfast, enjoy a full free day exploring Missoula and the surrounding area, with your coach and driver available for approx. 8 hours a day while in Missoula (within mileage limits). Suggestions include Rattlesnake National Recreation Area, Garnet Ghost Town, CSKT Bison Range and Lolo Hot Springs. Overnight: Holiday Inn by IHG Downtown Missoula or similar.

Days 6–7 — Maggotfest!

Breakfast each morning before transferring to Fort Missoula Regional Park for the festival weekend. Saturday matches start at 9:00 AM and Sunday's at 10:30 AM, with Sunday fixtures posted on the Schedule Board at Fest Central on Saturday afternoon. Matches are two 30-minute halves with no injury time, and referees start on schedule, so be ready on time. The Saturday night Block Party kicks off at 7:00 PM on Ryman Street outside the sponsor bars, Bodega and Monks. Overnight: Holiday Inn by IHG Downtown Missoula or similar.

Days 8–9 — Free Days in Missoula

Two more free days to explore Missoula at your own pace, with breakfast at the hotel each morning. Suggestions include Rattlesnake National Recreation Area, Garnet Ghost Town, CSKT Bison Range and Lolo Hot Springs. Overnight: Holiday Inn by IHG Downtown Missoula or similar.

Day 10 — Transfer to Seattle

After breakfast, board your coach at 10:00 for the journey back to Seattle (approx. 8 hours including stops). Arrive around 18:00 and check in to your Seattle airport hotel for the night, with the evening at leisure. Overnight: Seattle airport hotel.

Day 11 — Travel from Seattle to London

Breakfast at the hotel before checking out and walking to departures at 10:30 for British Airways bag drop. Your allowance is 1 x 23kg checked bag and 1 small cabin bag per person. The gate closes at 12:45 for your 13:35 overnight flight to London Heathrow (LHR). Overnight: on board.

Day 12 — Arrive Home

Arrive at London Heathrow (LHR) at 06:50. Clear customs, collect your bags and continue to the arrivals hall. End of touring arrangements with MSG Tours.
