Day 1 — Travel to Malta

Make your own way to London City Airport (LCY)

11:45 -  Arrive at London City Airport (LCY)

Make your way through security into the departure lounge

14:45 - Scheduled departure of flight to Ibiza (IBZ)

18:10 - Scheduled arrival of flight into Ibiza (IBZ)

Upon arrival, clear customs, collect any bags, and make your way into the arrivals hall where a tour representative will take you to your coach.

Transfer to your accommodation for the next 3 x nights on a room-only basis.

Check into your rooms and freshen up for your tournament opening party this evening.

Day 2 — Festival Day

Enjoy breakfast included at your accommodation this morning.

Get ready for a full day of action at the XIII Ibiza Beach Rugby Festival, taking on international opposition on the sand.

In the evening, get your best fancy dress outfits ready for the Tournament Dinner Fancy Dress Party at Ibiza Rocks Bar – a brilliant chance to celebrate with players and teams from across the tournament.

Day 3 — Free Day in Malta

Breakfast at the hotel.

Today, enjoy free entrance to O Beach Club. Giving your group the chance to enjoy the island’s famous poolside party scene and celebrate an unforgettable weekend together.

Day 4 — Return Journey

Breakfast is included at your accommodation this morning.

Board your transfer from the hotel to Ibiza Airport (IBZ).

Make your way through security and into the departure lounge

15:05 - Scheduled departure of flight back to London City Airport (LCY)

16:40 - Scheduled arrival of flight back to London City Airport (LCY)

Upon arrival, clear customs and make your way into the arrivals hall for your own onward arrangements.
