Coinciding with the Men's Veterans Beaujolais Oldies Festival this women's tournament offers a weekend full of excitement and competition. This tournament offers a unique opportunity to watch a Top 14 fixture alongside your playing experience.

Thanks to its proximity to the city of Lyon, the Beaujolais region offers so much. As well as the famous vineyards, you can see the Rivers Saône & Rhône, Mount Brouilly and the Gold Stones area to name but a few.

Hosted at the CSV Rugby Villefranche club at the international standard L'Escale complex, you will have access to 3 grass pitches and 1 artificial field alongside a 1,700-seater stand. This facility is perfect for the 4 guaranteed games across the weekend's festivities.

Sample Itinerary

Day 1 — Travel to Lyon & TOP 14 Match

Check in at your departure airport by 09:45 for the 12:45 flight to Lyon (LYS), arriving at 13:25, then transfer to your accommodation. In the evening, use your official tickets for the TOP 14 match LOU Rugby v Racing 92 at Matmut Stadium Lyon (schedule dependent). Overnight: 3* hotel.

Day 2 — Tournament Day & Gala Dinner

After breakfast, meet at the stadium at 09:00 for the team managers' briefing with the referees, with games starting from 10:00. A tray lunch is served on site at 11:30, and the tournament wraps up around 17:30. In the evening, celebrate at the 19:30 gala dinner and awards ceremony in Villefranche-sur-Saône. Overnight: 3* hotel.

Day 3 — Return Journey

Check out and board your 04:00 transfer to the airport for the 07:00 flight home, arriving in the UK at 07:40. End of services with MSG Tours.
