West Mon embarked on a North American football tour to Canada, aiming to provide players with an experience which would i mmers e themselves in cultur e and sporting activities. The tour included competitive matches against local teams, sightseeing excursions across the entirety of their tour, including visiting the Olympic Park in Montreal, Parliament buildings in the Capital, Ottawa . S eeing Toronto from the top of the CN Tower , a s well as visiting the Rogers Centre to experience an MLB game. West Mon v isit ed various cities along the Eastern Coast of Canada, including Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, and Niagara Falls . This alone provided the group with multiple opportunities to experience valuable sport ing development moments , team cohesion, and cultural exposure by playing again local teams absorbing in different styles of play in which the local teams providing a good show for their city. Competing against Canadian teams helped improve adaptability and resilience . All four of the fixtures during West Mons tour were competitive and hosted with great hospitality and sportsmanship .
