The two Welsh sides are m ade up of the very best from their respective valleys, requiring a destination that matched their on-field strengths . Tou lon’s a city steeped in rugby heritage, which they sample d by play ing against local high-flyers, CARF ( Club Athléti que Raphaë l o Fréjus i en ) , gain ing valuable match experience against French opposition. The squad s also took a stadium tour of Stade Mayol, home to TOP 14 ’s Rugby Club T oulonnais . The huge surprise came next as t hey met current Toulonnais and former Welsh and British and Irish Lion international fly-half, Dan B iggar. Before heading home, the team made the most of their final day with sightseeing in Marseille, ensuring a well-rounded tour that balanced sport, culture, and team bonding. This tour not only strengthened their skills on the field but also created lifelong memories off it.
