At MSG TOURS travel is a lifestyle and our chosen profession. Work, for us, is an extension of our passion for enhancing our customers’ travel experiences, which we call delivering the unexpected. How does this translate to our school ski trips? Actually, it’s surprisingly easily! When we were setting up our school travel company we asked ourselves WHY do we want to do this and three answers stood out:

->To have the ability to influence/shape/control what great looks like
We have visited a stack of ski resorts over the years, some good, some bad and we are now in the lovely position of being able to use the good resorts. The ones that really stand out from the crowd.
Each month, I will be broadcasting about the resorts we have diligently selected, starting with one of my personal Italian favourites Tarvisio, and explaining why we believe they stand out for school ski trips.
Briefly, Tarvisio offers great skiing and ski schools, tremendous hotels (most of which are next to the slopes) and some really interesting après activities, including a trip over the border into Austria to swim in thermal pools. If ever a resort answered our WHY question, it’s Tarvisio.
The absolute best way to get the lowdown on this Italian resort is to have a chat with me. I have accompanied groups there for the last 4 years and if you really need a recommendation, I choose to holiday there with my family annually.
