An innovative, exciting individual recognised for dynamism and creativity to take our thriving educational and sports travel brand to the digital marketplace.  With a talent and passion for all mainstream social media accounts, the candidate will merge our aspirational travel destinations and events with the fast-moving world of social media, focusing equally on both our existing client bases and sport, ski and school study marketplaces. He/she should be capable of image / graphic design (and enhancement through popular applications to link on relevant channels), WordPress, e-marketing and copywriting across print and digital.

Reporting to and working alongside the managing director, this full-time role combines an attractive salary with an uncapped commission and bonus potential with a high degree of autonomy on offer for bringing business development ideas to fruition.  Personal characteristics include a vibrant personality, passion for the sports, ski, education and travel industries with a thirst for exploring the globe to understand our core travel destinations.


We’re seeking a commercially astute, hands-on, experienced commercial operator to creatively deliver our portfolio of ski, sport, supporters and study travel packages to exceptionally high standards.  He/she will have a confident grasp of key social media platforms, reservation and booking engines and a thirst for exploring operational innovations and efficiencies.  Confidence in verbal and face to face client communications is a given, whilst a passion for developing new business projects through feasibility studies will stand an applicant out.

He/she will also possess competence in all areas of operations’ financial requirements, negotiation, train and develop colleagues, a desire and ambition to travel, a demonstrated drive to #delivertheunexpected and form part of a senior management team with future profit-share opportunities.

This role offers a competitive salary and uncapped commission structure on top of overseas travel opportunities.

Contract:   Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri)
Salary:        Negotiable – subject to experience
Start:           January 2018 or subject to candidate
