Insurance FAQs with MSG Tours

We know that the future can feel uncertain given events in recent times. As travel begins to open up, we understand that you’ll need reassurance that your trip, and your money, is protected in the event of changes. Your trip will be covered with STF’s travel Sure insurance, a robust policy designed to react to current events.

Our policy even includes an app, for you to use from the point of booking, to the point of return. This will keep you updated on covid-19 restrictions and have full access to the 24/7 Emergency Assistance Hotline.

It is important to note that currently this insurance policy only relates to u18 groups travelling from the UK. We are working hard to put in place a policy to support our adult groups to the same levels.

You must purchase your insurance from a provider within your current location. So if you’re an international school in Dubai, you must purchase from a Dubai based insurance company. This is to ensure that you are covered from the moment of booking and that your policy is valid for the duration of travel. We therefore cannot provide insurance to non-UK groups.
