Rugby Tour Tour to Snowdonia
This summer we’ve been putting the focus on our home turf, the beautiful, and often underestimated, island of Great Britain. We were thrilled to welcome back our friends from Uppingham School for a pre-season tour to Snowdonia.
After a quick training session at the school they departed for North Wales. On arrival, they checked into the wonderful boarding houses of Rydal Penrhos. Replete with gym, swimming pool, astro-turf, grass training pitches and only a stone’s throw from the Welsh coastline; it was a perfect base.
Over the following days they trained hard, bonded whilst surfing and completed a Ninja Warrior assault course. Director of Sport and ex Scotland centre, Nick de Luca, was thrilled with his side’s preparations and the way MSG Tours facilitated them.
The group topped off an amazing pre-season camp by hiking the iconic Mount Snowdon before returning to Uppingham School.
