Sports Tour Overview

Where to begin on this incredible combined Football and Rugby Tour in the glorious Basque Country? The two groups may have arrived together but we succeeded in providing top quality football and rugby programmes that left neither group feeling they had compromised.

The football boys pitted themselves against local opposition in two hard-fought games, watched some top class professional sport as Alaves faced Villarreal and took over Trip Advisor’s #1 beach for their own mini-tournament in San Sebastian.

Meanwhile, the rugby team were learning the local sport of Pelota, tucked into Pintxos and faced two local sides of their own in some great matches of rugby. As with the footballers, they were also able to spend a day learning to catch the best waves with a surf class.
