Basketball Tours to Greece
Greece, a land of history, Hercules, Plato and, of course, feta cheese. But Greece is also a haven for basketball. Boasting some of Europe’s most successful clubs in Panathinaikos, Olympiacos and AEK Athens, the capital is the perfect place to start your basketball tour.
Olympiacos can regularly attract 20,000 supporters to live games with the other ‘big two’ not far behind. Imagine watching Panathinaikos at work in the Olympic Stadium before a week of training and matches of your own.
By mixing basketball with the incredible history of Athens and plenty of opportunity to get to know your teammates better, we think it’s the perfect location for your next basketball tour.
Where to stay in Greece?

When to visit Greece?
The best time to visit Athens is between March and May and September to November. Sunshine is pretty much a guarantee without the scorching heat that accompanies summer. You’ll also find it can be more cost effective as summer is peak season for the region.
