You’ll find us on all communication platforms during the working day, evenings and on weekends. We spend as much time chatting with our clients on WhatsApp, Facetime, and Skype as phone or email. MSG Tours adapt to whatever suits you.
We are a Member of ABTA, membership number Y6465. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct. We can also offer you ABTA’s scheme for the resolution of disputes which is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. If we can’t resolve your complaint, go to www.abta.com to use ABTA’s simple procedure. Further information on the Code and ABTA’s assistance in resolving disputes can be found on www.abta.com. You can also access the European Commission Online Dispute (ODR) Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The travel arrangements you buy from us are not covered by ABTA’s scheme of financial protection. However, if we sell you a package holiday/tour/trip that does not include a flight, We shall ensure that you are given financial protection for your booking as follows. MSG Tours Ltd is a company committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection. We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with ”The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations” all passengers booking with MSG Tours Ltd are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form. The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of MSG Tours Ltd.
This insurance has been arranged by The Travel Vault in conjunction with Towergate Travel through Zurich Insurance PLC.

MSG Tours have been around long enough to know the difference between a policy that works and one that doesn’t. We have all taken calls from disappointed passengers that need to cancel last minute or received an email from a teacher with a list of items lost, left, or stolen. On all these occasions our single thought is that we hope they have an insurance policy that works. In reality, it means a policy which meets the specific needs of the passenger and a company behind the policy that will help.

MSG Tours is an Appointed Representative of Fogg Travel Insurance Services Limited. This insurance is arranged by Fogg Travel Insurance Services Limited, who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Your insurer is Union Reiseversicherung AG (URV), who is authorised and regulated by BAFin and subject to limited regulation by the FCA. URV is a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), which offers you protection in the event that the Insurer is not financially able to meet its liabilities in respect of your claim. The FSCS can cover 90 % of the claim without any upper limit.
